Return Policy

The Tea Retreat is happy to replace any loose leaf tea or accessory that is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. Additionally, The Tea Retreat is pleased to accept returns on accessories if they meet the return requirements outlined below.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Change of Mind

Kindly note that we do not process returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases of our loose leaf tea due to health regulations and safety concerns. However, we do offer a 30-day change of mind option for any accessories purchased. To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will refund the full amount of the product. However, we will not cover return shipping costs. The Tea Retreat is not liable for the loss of an item being returned.

Product Issues

To be eligible for a return due to issues with the product (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), please take a photo of the issue and send it to us. We will do our best to make it right!

Postage Issues

If it has been more than 5 days since your item was shipped and you have not yet received it, please contact us so we can assist you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
