How much tea should I use? How long should I steep it for?

All teas have their steeping instructions on the packet. Most teas only require a teaspoon serving per person, but you can adjust this depending on how strong you like your tea!

When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 5pm, it will be shipped the next day. If placed after 5pm, it may take an extra day to ship.

Who do you ship with?

We send all of our parcels with NZ Post. We will send you the tracking number so you can track your order!

Where do you ship?

We ship New Zealand (NZ) wide and will be shipping Australia wide from the 31st of August 2025. 

What if there is something wrong with my order?

Please let us know if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to fix the problem!
